Sir, I made complaint at PSPCL Complaint Number 1912 on 10.3.2017 at 9.15 AM that My Power Supply has stopped since 9.3.2017. I got a message of my complaint Number 6324649 and mobile number of concerned Person who shall be attending my complaint. But in spite of calling him so many times my compliant has not been resolved till 2 PM. I want to ask the authorities that Why this Centralized Complaint Center has been started when you do core to resolve consumer complaints. or there is no follow Up OR accountability.
