REG: SUNDRY CHARGES WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected]

Dear Sir,
I have received my previous bill on dated[protected] for Rs. 11580/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 11506/-. Last time I visit PSPCL department and meet your employee and show all receipt and He tells me next bill will be actual amount. But current bill add previous amount and now total bill is 12530/. But Now I am recently meet in department he tells me when your meter was change. Then old meter unit is difference. But in between I checked my all bills reading nothing is difference and meter is run. Please re-verify my account. Now I want to inform you that my all previous bills have been paid and nothing is overdue. I am failed to understand what these charges are for. Sir, I humble request I am unable to pay this much bill. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, I am enclosing herewith the current bill as well as the old bills for your perusal.

Your earliest response in this matter will be highly appreciated.
