Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Unusual deducted money from my account

I paid a bill of amount 2, 200, 22/- on date 8/07/2022 of account number [protected]
Amount was deducted from my account and not credited to the pspcl account so this is my issue i just want my refund because its a huge amount . Plz solve my issue i will be very thankful to you . I used phonepe application to do this transaction and transaction id is T2207082157014666063404
