Punjab Technical University — Marksheet of 4 semester

I am student of PTU DEP from sunder nagar ludhiana center and my roll number is [protected]... and I passed my all external examination as well as got the marksheet of all semester. but some of family reason, I skipped my 4 semester internal examination and i give that in april 2014. but I haven't get my marksheet of 4th semester yet..
