Punjab Technical University — Not received provisional

Dear PTU, My name is anil and i have completed my MBA from IILM-BS new delhi in the year[protected]. I have applied through the college and they told that i'll be receiving it through courier and till date i have not received it. When i go to the college an year back the college is not there at all. Please help me in receiving my provisional. For applying directly PTU needs No objection certificate from college but now the college itself is not there i have only sem wise mark sheets.
