Punjab Technical University — Pending Degree Certificate (MTech (ECE[protected] Batch)

My name is Anuradha Nagra, I have done Mtech (Electronics and Communication) (Wireless Communication) from IKGPTU Main campus[protected] batch). My Roll No. is 1633844. DMC which was delivered to me had my name incorrect printed on it, which I corrected afterwards and applied for degree certificate but before that PTU sent my degree to ECE department with Incorrect name. Then I did not receive the degree from the department and told them to get the name corrected first. they haven't given me the degree yet. My name is spelled correctly on all my documents (Adhar card, 10th dmc, 12th dmc, Btech DMCS). The mistake has been made by the PTU, still I am suffering. I went to PTU many times but no one helped me.
