[Resolved]  Puravankara Projects — Electrical & Safety Hazards

We recently moved into Puravankara Swanlake, Unit A-1301. The power circuits keep tripping continuously, due to faulty wiring and fittings.It has been nearly three weeks and the problem persists. Similarly, twice my family members and friends have been trapped in the lift for more than 5 minutes each. The alarm bell in the lift is not functioning. But no serious effort is being made to protect us. There are a few other shortcomings, which are being rectified half-heartedly, with no final satisfactory resolution in sight. Being at the mercy of the builders and constant fear of power-related hazars is causing us untold anxiety. My mail to CRM has not been acknowledged at all. Please help.
