Hello. I blocked a villa in Banagalore Smiling wood B7 block paying 5 lakhs rupees. At the time of blocking I was told that my money would be totally refunded. The villa for which Purvankara got by booking for was sold to someone else since they paid more than me.
I raised a request to refund the money I paid. I wrote an email on September 2020, after constant follow ups with the sales team, I was told that the money would be refunded in a week and till now I haven’t seen any progress. I had to follow up with the salesperson ( Saad Quereshi) and then his sales head ( Azhar Pasha), but I only hear that that” we would look into it “.I am deeply upset by the way PRUVANKARA treats its customers.
