Dear concern.
This is to inform that from last 2-3 Months am unable to get my delivery of parcel
Whenever i call Mumbai branch or Jaipur branch they both qre denying for the parcel "unable to track" this was first time when i started to use PUSHPAK courier service and it was pathetic experience. The parcel was having some imp documents & household things.
Can someone please let me know who will pay the cost of my parcel? Am expecting rply asap or else i need to file a complain in consumer court & have to put bad reviews over all social media.
