I booked Kerala tour package for 15 members from the Company from 09.11.2017 to 17.11.2017. As per package 8 deluxe rooms were to be made available in 4 star Hotel Elephant Route Resort at Thekkary from 12.11.2017 to 14.11.2017 (For two nights).
On route from Munnar to Thekkary, I was informed by the director of the company Mrs Binu that accommodation in Hotel Elephant Route Resort at Thekkary could not be booked and we shall have to stay at Hotel S.N. International by making payment of Rs.28600/- which shall be refunded by tomorrow. As we had already made payment of entire package i.e. Rs.255500/- in full we had no other option than to rely on the tour operator and stayed in Hotel S.N. International Thekkary by making payment of Rs.28600/- in cash.
We were assured by the company that you will get the refund. We requested them several times. They promised but failed to refund the amount.
Likewise, in spite of making full payment of invoice of Rs.255500/-, the company failed in providing accommodation at Thekkary in pre-decided hotel. I, therefore, pray for directing the Company to refund me Rs.28600/- .
As entire booking was made on line by me at Bhilwara, my complaint may please be entertained by the honourable court at Bhilwara.
