Puthedan Holidays & Resorts Pvt Ltd — Cheating customers

I booked a 7 Day 6 Night Kerala Trip. They did not pay two of the hotels so the hotels of original booking cancelled our reservation. They re-booked our hotels to a substandard place that is more cost effective for the company. Furthermore the houseboat reservation as confirmed by various email confirmation was that we wanted private AC house boat. Instead they placed us in a shared AC house boat. Problem here is of sharing and furthermore we are pure vegetarians therefore we didn't enjoy a single meal there as the boat smelled like fish and other meet. Lastly on our last day of our trip there were many things mentioned on our itinerary but the driver said he will leave us at the airport only because he did not get paid for that day. We had no choice but to listen to the driver as we didn't have any other means of travel at last minute. All this the company is aware of and we discussed of getting refund. The Manager agreed on giving us a partial refund although when I try to call them on a regular basis they don't answer or just give some excuse or another to avoid dealing with the issue.

Ohh my name is Vinit Pandya. and honestly I don't care at this point if I get any money back from Puthedan holidays for the above vacation that they ruined for me. I just want to make sure that future vacation seekers are aware that Puthedan Holidays have many issues with many hotels/resorts in kerala specifically where they don't pay them. I spoke to managers of the hotels that cancelled our reservation. They clearly mentioned that they don't take any reservation from puthedan holidays anymore because there is still pending money from previous travelers that puthedan holidays have not paid for. These people are clearly cheaters. Me being out of country hard to do much but FIR should be written on this company and class action law suit should be filed against the company. Otherwise this company and others will follow in same path and make the life of a traveler miserable.

First of all thanks for wasting my holidays . The hotels which were confirmed by us were not given we had very poor hotels at Munnar, Thekeday and Kovalam
Each and every hotel we booked and went as per plan we had to face embarrassing situation that the so called puthedan had not made a payment hence they cant allow us to stay .

Few Hotels didn't had basic facility like AC . Hot Water and room service . We also had our honeymoon inclusion and candle light dinner that plan also waster, we were provided check in joy palace munnar that cheap hotel at 8 pm in the night .

i don t understand how you recruit people like Mr Mugundan who tell lies and rather then dont picks up our call .

At kovallam hotel guy dint allowed us check out as no payment was made by you cheater company

the package was booked in utmost good faith with you but you failed to deliver the promise .
they promised to pay back the refund amount but still are fooling us

Number one fraudster. Never trust this ###e, he will make you stranded if you book any package through him . He never pays to the Hotel and ultimately the Hotel won’t provide the accommodation as well . Better book from other trusted operators.
