PVR — Did not get entry

Hi Team,

I wanted to logged a complaint as purchased the ticket of movie "Laal singh Chaddha" First day first show but due to my work schedule, had to change the time to next show however could not do it due to the site wasn't able to access my be due to multiple access issues of the site at that time as it's a movie release day.

Hence, with request of exception I went to Lodha PVR at Dombivali (E), at the time of next show as the first show ticket was not consumed.

But the Lodha experia PVR coordinator Vaibhav and Lakshmee spoke to me and even after so many request they did not consider my request to give a seat to watch the movie even when they had vacant seats.

My point is why PVR is not able to consider such exceptions when they have seats available, when a fan waited for the movie and he did book the ticket when only that first show was available while booking the ticket.

My complaint is to PVR not book my show. Book my show or any other third party cannot do any thing on realtime but PVR theaters can do when audience is right at PVR.

Why are you leaving a loyal customer dissatisfied when no one now a days approaches to theaters.

This movie is an opportunity to regain the confidence of customer and encourage them to come back to watch movie in theaters rather than watching only on OTT.

This is not a train ticket, this is for entertainment not for punishment.

I would request PVR concerns to look into this and provide me new ticket.

Also, PVR should consider such humble requests in such scenarios when there is raining, when a fan is waiting, a PVR customer which has only option of PVR within Lodha phase 1&2 is coming with a request and the theaters crews are saying "No No No" And not giving any logic and o ly asking to check with book my show.

My point is what book my show will do on that real time scenario. I booked the ticket of your theater now in realtime it's your responsibility to handle this.

The show is already started, why do you want me to go back, Is there no value and respect for customers time at PVR. When the manager of PVR is talking only about process but they should have skills to face exception scenarios.

I am very disappointed as could not watch the movie on first day with my purchased ticket even when I travelled to PVR itself.

This is not fair so in case if this is not resolved I will go ahead and highlight this issue within my friend circle as well as on social media.

I can't believe that such huge brand PVR is not able to bake in such small request even on the day of movie release when there is lots of controversy going on, not to watch this.
