PVR — Refund issue

I have paid an amount ot 1400 at VR Mall banglore, via scanning through phonepe application, but the scanning time was over and the payment was done from my side. The emoloyee their didnt give us the tickets, and he said that it will refund within 3 days, now 12 days has passed, and didnt received my refund. My registered mobile number is [protected].
