PVR — Tickets not booked but money debited for Sun 18th movie

I have booked ticket for 9 seats for Adipurush for Sun 18th for PVR grand Highstreet, Hinjewadi, Pune. But amount is debited, and no tickets are booked and confirmed. I need to know on the booking status.
