PVR — Tickets Not Received

I Gurtej Singh ([protected]@gmail.com ) booked three tickets on 4th of October for PVR Ansal Plaza Greater Noida for 6:30 show of Qismat 2 from PVR Official Website through Patym wallet gateway bearing transaction id: [protected] and order id: ANSA[protected]
I kindly need my refund of Rs- 480.18 0n my account back
my payment got deducted tickets were not generated.
