Qns Enterprises — asking penalty without telling

Last month qns company agent komal patil call me through quicker she told me there is a part time job salary was20000 and after completion of work we will take 5200 the work is form filling 1000 forms filled with in 10 days and i do that work i haven't signed in any agreement they only told me that registeation is there afterwards some problems i was not completed that work now they called me and ask penalty from starting they don't give any information about that penalty now they ask penalty if i was not pay money they told me file a case on me in the court and send notice to my home please help me i have no money and my father was expired my family was very poor i am very scared please help me take action against them and they told me and message me within 72 hours notice come to your home i was very afraided about that please help me
