Qns Enterprises — why still they are working

Don't know what's happening i have applied for an online data entry jobs which is work from home. One day i got a call from qns enterprises they simple made an agreement by getting an id proof from me too as everyone told i didt get a clear view about work process. Now i got a call like they have filed a case against me for non completion of work they have sent and asking me to pay for it or else they are asking me to come to maharashtra and pay 200000 something for non completion and now too they are not responding my call. Till date many complaint have been made by many people but still they are easily cheating upcoming unknown person who are not aware of them please just consider and make them to be punishable. Kindly take an legal action on them.
