My Mother ordered Galaxy Phone on 12th April based on advertisement on Dainik Jaagran ( Faridabad dated 12th April). The Company claimed full touch screen and with that some free gift items (Purse, Sun glasses, Watch etc). But we received only one small phone named DISKO. When we called on their customer care they said they will look into this. After several calls, nobody come to refund the money or exchange the phone. In fact they started to talk rudely and hang the phone. By this we realised we got cheated. I am surprised how can Dainik Jaagran publish such advertisement without screening the company.

Updated by vikasgoswami2014 I didnt get any resolution but getting so much calls on my Mobile and people are complaining to me for this fraud. They think i am the owner of QS company. Please remove my number from your site. Instead of resolving this issue you made it worse and thousands of people are suffering from this fraud. Government is still keep quite. This company is doing fraud since 3-4 years and still not resolved
