Quantic Web Solution — Fake company threat me for the Court notice and demand money

Dear sir, I nishant from Uttar Pradesh, applied for work from home job online, and on 9th of july i had received the call from the company which named "quantic web solution" regarding data entry work and I had accepted that work and they started the process for the start of work. And then they gave me userid and password for the online work. And they sent me mail id to verify my presence and when i click the verify link from the mail id i had to enter otp (which is written in email) and after this they had gave an agreement to sign in which they mention some points. In these point one point is the of Application fees in which mention that you have to pay the application fee if you are not able to complete your work in given time (700 forms in 6 days) and i had completed the forms in 5 days.
After that they had demand me for the money that you have to pay the 3999 rs because you do not complete your work. And now they are threatnening and blackmail me if you do not send money we will have to send a court notice due to breach of contract under section 73.
they had send me account number from axis bank noida sector 12, and the address of the company is:- office number 303, viva building near Income Tax office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
