Kindly note that i had recently ordered a sketra gb21 hdmi projector from m/s quantico global trading pvt ltd, address shop no. 42&71, balachaur sbs nagar, nawan shehar 144521, punjab. The unit was delivered on 7th august morning to my premises in koregaon park, pune 411001, and delivered in its original carton with no protective bubble wrap or covering. On powering up as per the instructions provided, only the projection lamp came on, but with none of the other control buttons functioning, either on the unit or on its remote control. I called the quantico/sketra customer support no: [protected], as provided, and was directed to a service advisor, who just cut the call with no further response. I also called their director, mr. Shubham chhabra, as per his available number: [protected], but he too declined to take the call, following which i sent a sms and a whatsapp message to him informing of the problems faced and the need for support, but he did not care to respond, and in turn blocked my mobile no from both the quantico customer care no and his personal number as well. I also sent an email request for the same to their support email address: [protected]@sketra.com and on their facebook link as well, but with no response whatsoever. My wife called mr. Shubham from her mobile no on this saturday and as it was not my mobile no, he took the call and promised that some one from quantico would call on monday, which was yesterday, to help resolve the problem. However, as i did not receive any call, both i and my wife tried calling on both numbers but he did not attend to any calls and kept cutting calls. He is not responding to any calls henceforth. I have paid rs.18, 999/- for the projector and if they cannot resolve the problem soon, would want to return the unit and get back a full refund for the amount paid. Please find attached a copy of the projector order and product details, the delivery invoice, the despatch and delivery tracking details and quantico address details., i am a 70 year old retired senior citizen being put to unreasonable duress by this company and its staff, with no support whatsoever despite quite a few calls, email, messages, appealing for help. I am indeed very upset with the manner in which this company seems to treat its customers. I hope you appreciate the quandary and would be highly obliged if you could please help resolve this problem as appropriate and at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.

I have ordered product GB21 projector on 19th September from Sketra website mentioned below. I got wrong product delivered today(9th November) with dummy sticker with GB20. There is no mention of Sketra on product.
I had called earlier so many times, emailed but they never responded, whenever they picked up before, they have disconnected the call knowing about order number and today they did not pick a call.
I am surprised that there is no response in thread.

I have the same experience with Sketra (teh Quantico Global Trading Pvt Ltd. Co.) ordering a projector for my small school i am running back in my native (SKETRA GB18 Standard Full HD Projector with 2200 Lumens order no#17115 ).
The defect piece was send back to them once and they send back the same projector stating its working. But nothing was resolved.
I made several attempt to raise a complaint thru email, phone with customer care and online portal. No response received from them. Its more than month i am behind this. They started disconnecting my call or put me on hold and disconnect. For several emails from my side there were no response given. I am felling i got cheated. There is no way i can use my projector and my valuable time and money lost.

Sorry to hear similar experience that I had to encountered with same seller with no resolution. We must teach a lesson to Sketra otherwise there is possibility of many customers will be deceived by Sketra and similar groups. They must be banned to operate business in India so they can not fool anyone anymore. They are not sparing even school which means they are very low mindset people just to have profit any how mostly by cheating. I request you to connect in this thread to teach a lesson to such seller(Sketra).
They have done the exact same thing to my order 18180. Dispatched it 10 days late and then sent different product completelt which is of very low price. Not customer is disconnecting my call and have blocked my number from customare care. Did you guys got any solution. If not, lets file a fraud police FIR together against this fully fraud conpany and get it shut down.

I have ordered the Sketra D40 Android 4K Projector which is valued ~20, 000 on January 4th 2021 from Sketra.com. They promised me it will be shipped on 20th January 2021 and now February 1st 2021. Without dispatching the product they are giving lame excuses. I'm not sure what needs to be done in this scenario. please share your thoughts

(Seller - Quantico) are fooling with name of Android 4K Projector. Such seller must be black listed and should be penalized for wrong doing. They always used to cut call and also if by chance picks up the call then they ignore the calls knowing about customer has complains about product. We must prevent such seller to fool many customers. They used similar tricks against me for more than 2 months and in the end they sent wrong product with much lesser price product. Let's all connect in this thread to teach seller a lesson.
Please let me know who wants to file a complaint on Sketra. I"m going through the pain currently.

Yes we need to file a strong complaints against such liar, irresponsible seller Also consumer complaints site doesn't look like if any action is being taken after complaining on such website. At least threads are getting connected for similar complains against same seller.

I am planning to buy Sketra treadmill, which is around 50k, after going through your experience with company.. I am thinking weather to go with transaction or. not... please let me know if your issue resolved?

You can try calling Customer care from website, as that numer is reachable..
Please suggest me.

Any one having issues with Sketra treadmills as well?

Even I tried to buy treadmill but I m not convinced at all to buy looking at such and many complaints. Also it looks like they've paid YouTube channels and to SEOs. I really hope they'd pay for customer success instead.
