Queen Design Studio — ordered kurtis and I got dirty sarees

I ordered three Kurtis on this online shopping sites and they send me dirty Sarees I complain on consumers complain and they call me and ask about bank details when I don't agree with send bank details and I request him to back my money with paytm payment method and hi not agree and treating me and say do whatever but I don't give your money. Please somebody help me to get money back.
He called me on this number [protected] and talk with me very rude behavior when I don't agree to sand bank details and he said me "jo Karna he vo Karlo me consumer care me boldunga ki apka problem solve Ho gaya or vo Dusri bar complain nhi lege or pese bhi vapas nahi milege"
