Hi, I enrolled my child in their SAT training program from January to August 2026. Initially, they promised guaranteed score improvements and required full payment upfront. The following details my experience as a parent.
They create numerous WhatsApp groups, adding every phone number they have without verifying whether the numbers belong to parents or students.
They rely entirely on WhatsApp to manage everything, flooding groups with hundreds of messages and attachments that no one can keep track of. There is no clear process or organization.
Class links are sent at the last minute, forcing students to wait around every day. For the first few weeks, they didn't even add my child’s phone number to the group. If your child doesn't use WhatsApp, there is virtually no way for them to receive the training.
Furthermore, the promises made were not kept. They announced a "bootcamp, " but no one showed up for the first few weeks, causing the students to lose interest. I had to intervene just to get them to use Google Docs to share study materials. The reports and stats they produce appear to be based on mock tests and feel largely misleading.
To make matters worse, communication is unacceptable. The co-founder, Jayant, was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. They never proactively reach out to parents or provide updates—unless we chase them down, there is no response. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience with zero results.
In short, they operate like a group of WhatsApp spammers who take your money, deliver zero results, and offer rude and terrible service. I need my money refunded for the poor quality of education, service and for the rude behavior.
