I had raised one complaint few month back in which i was not able to register my product. After many follow up, finally my issue got resolved after 3-4 months. But after that, i had asked them to extend my product duration by 3-4 months during which i was not able to use the product. Since it was not the issue from my end, their team was not able to resolve the issue and i was not able to use the product. But i didn't get any response from them regarding this concern.
Also, after this resolution i am not able to update my product. My virus database is very old and my system is not protected with latest updates. I need resolution of both these issues on priority.
