[Resolved]  Quick Heal Total Security — Not working of Quick Heal security system

Dear Sir/Madam: On 18/08/2014 i have purchased a Quick Heal Total security, for installing on my PC to avoid viruses from various sources so that my system will work promptly without any interruption. but it is regret to write that the quick heal total security system is not functioning properly. my windows have corrupted many time despite having quick heal security system duly up dated time to time. i have lodged complaint at customer care centre of quick heal twice vide No. [protected] dated 20/09/2014 and 21/09/2014 but no action has been taken by them so far. in view of above it is requested that necessary direction may please be issued to service provider company to repair my quick heal system immediately and passed an order for paying necessary compensation to me for the difficulty faced by me due to failure system which is mandatory for my system.
