Quickdel Logistic Private Limited — Not releasing after giving the resting on 30 sep 2016

I m ex employee off the quickdel logistic private limited from 1 march 2014 to 30sept 2016. I resign from my all the responsibilities and handover all the assests to comapny person but now they are releasing me and when we have to go in head office for taking the releasing letter then they did not listen us.. So i want help from your side for my releasing letter. Please help us. So we can move on for new responsibilities. I have already deposit the full and final form to our hr but now hr said we did not giving the releasing letter because we does not have ny thing in our hand
