Quickr — refund issue

I am a buyer and i placed 2 orders on quicker website. 1st order the seller for no reason cancelled in 2-3days. No information of my to be refunded. 2nd order i placed payment through paytm and it was successful after 2-3 hrs i get a message payment failed. No information of refund. Their chat support is not working and when i call them they have msg stating cc executive will get back in 2 hrs but no one reaches out to me. I wrote them many complaints on this but they are not taking action. I request you to please help me. My quicker ticket no.
