Hello All, I have received the delivery today but at the outset I would like to highlight the below issues which is a question on the quality of the delivery services, and is unexpected by Quikr or Delhivery. 1. The delivery was 1 hour late due to which the receiver had to undergo image tampering in office. False commitment made by the delivery team. 2. The goods delivered were not packed where I was told that they would be packed by bubble plastic. 3. The delivery guys asked the receiver to pay Rs. 100 out of nowhere, he settled for Rs. 70.
