[Resolved] Quikr — Broke my product | |||||
I sold a sidetable on quikr for 1000 rs. Quikr Doorstep came and collected the product from me on the 14th of oct to deliver it to the buyer but on the way they broke it. The buyer called and told me they broke it while delivering it and so she is returning it. I've been calling Quikr ever since and they have not paid me the money due for my table nor have they given me back my table. Ticket no: [protected] add id:[protected] i have pictures of how the table looked when they picked it up i have the pick up slip they gave me while picking it up every time i call, they pretend like they are hearing my complant for the first time...even if i give them my ticket id.
