[Resolved] Quikr — Delivery delayed for 8 days | |||||
I called in the following number but the complaint is still unresolved: Delivery support:[protected] Bangalore delivery manager: +91 [protected] Delivery coordinator: +91 [protected] Me and the seller got several fake delivery related sms. The item named "king size bed"[protected] has not been delivered still, though i made the payment 1 week back. It has become a frequent phenomenon for quikr delivery team to miss scheduled pickup and delivery. There is another product named "sofa lounger" ad id:[protected] which has not been picked up from the seller. I am quite concerned that the seller might sell it so someone else if this delay continues. I have called at least 30 times for the delivery of the above products and still i am being patient because i believe that quikr is doing a service to us by giving free delivery. I really appreciate your efforts. But i would request you to start a privileged paid service along with this free delivery service to ensure that customers get delivery with 24-48 hours of making the payment. Kindly stop providing fake delivery sms and commitments of pickup and delivery. If you need 10 days to delivery then kindly communicate this honestly to the customer, we would really appreciate your honesty. But after committing a delivery please don't fail to turn up, because we would loose our valuable time due to this. And in case you fail to deliver then kindly let us know through a phone call. In case you need any suggestion on your delivery model then kindly let me know. I would be happy to help you voluntarily Secondly, revoke the concept of maximum_selling_price. If you look at your records you would understand that products actually gets sold for much lower cost than the msp, thus the seller's expectation on is not met all the time. This is the reason why buyers prefer olx than quikr. Instead bring something like optimum_selling_price(A reasonable value). Lure the buyers because the traffic of your website is majorly contributed by buyers. Lure the buyers and the sellers will automatically come.
