[Resolved] Quikr — Delivery unprofessional | |||||
I have ordered cupboard from quiker ad no[protected], i have not mentioned any where to take out the cupboard from lift neither the delivery confirmed with me that whether they can take the cupboard from lift. They assumed that they can use lift & to reduce their effort, they used lift which cost me a fine of 1000. I am not going to pay this amount at all. I need a refund of this amount. If i could use lift why would i go with quiker door step delievry service. This is highly disappointing that you are trying to reduce your cost by buying from quiker & then end up paying more because of their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
