[Resolved] Quikr — Money not yet received | |||||
Sold my old phone on quikr doorstep and the buyer has made the payment to quikr and also the phone has been delivered to him. But still no payment has been credited to me. Its been more than 10 days. Customer care people are telling that AD ID is not loading, also my number is not registered. Please help. I also have proof of pick up and the payment which has been made. i sold my HTC DESIRE 816 mobile through quike with doorstep servis with the ad id[protected] and reference number- 7344 dated 23/04/2016. the logistic team came and picked my mobile and its showing that it has been delivered to the concerned destination on TUESday dated 26/04/2016 and from that i was told that within 3 working days it will be credited to my accont and as of today its not credited.whenever i m calling to customer care they are making me fool and saying it will take 1 or 2 more business day. i want to escalate it to higher authority of quikr and wanted to pou their feedback in internet as its totaly absurd websiten and they are making the cudtomer fool.
