[Resolved] Quikr — Payment not received-quikr | |||||
Hi I sold my AC for 15000/- using quikr doorstep service in March 22, 2016 using add id[protected]. It has already been a month, i have not received the payment of same. I am continuously chasing customer care on phone and by mail, but no body seems to be willing to resolve the issue. Every time, some different attendant picks up the phone and repeat the same old story that issue has been escalated and will be resolved in next 24 hrs. There is no procedure of issuing any complained ticket or reverting customer query on mail. Even no senior person is willing to pickup or attend the call.
