Quikr — Product not delivered even after 6 days & unauthorised delivery charges | |||||
Hi I have purchased one product from Quikr and my ad # is[protected]. Even after 5 days, the product is not delivered. I have been chasing Quikr Consumer Care and there is no proper response. And every time they say it will be delivered today / tomorrow etc. Moreover, on the ad, they were showing free delivery. But when I strated making payment they charged me more by INR 400 for delivery. When I contacted seller, I was told that Quikr charged delivery from Seller too. When I called customer care, I was told that this is their policy for select cities in India. How can they do this? Quikr should refund this to buyer Was this information helpful? | |||||
