[Resolved] Quikr — Received a defective product | |||||
Hello, I ordered a 29 inches CRT TV from Quikr and received it via Quikr doorstep delivery services. First thing I want to bring out here is regarding pathetic doorstep delivery services, They don't have proper coordination and communication among each other, Drivers are rude, Customer care executives provides wrong information and there statements keep changes at times. Second thing, after waiting since long, I received a defective product and now they are not taking any responsibility and trying to run away with my concern.
