Quikr — refund not received (ticket no:[protected])

I was asked to provide the bank details on 3rd october 2019 after the repeated complaint of the product being damaged at the time of delivery and some part missing. That was already 20 days after the delivery which was supposed to happen and i returned due to a damaged product.
Now since then, i have been chasing quikr for the refund, not only they are not replying but the customer care is also not responding.

Till now no one called or even mailed regarding the situation. It's really annoying to keep repeating the issue and no response from your end.
