Quikr — Requesting to refund amount

Last week I got a call and msg from sushant Kumar panda that you have selected for pmkvy project and registration is free, again he told me that the amount has been holdso i have to pay some amount, and je had received 9500rs with me now he is not refunding me pls help me and pls refund my amount, I have attached all his documents below kindly findout
