[Resolved]  Quikr — took my money by giving false information quikr premium ad department employee

I was posted a ad through quikr to sell my laptop on 25th august 2017 via ad id[protected] and made it premium by paying rs 426 on 25th august 2017, after that one employee of quikr from premium ad department called me and told that your laptop is only currently visible to in your locality and not showing in all over the bhubaneswar area.in order to showing it all over the bhubaneswar., you have to give us charges so that we could personally take your ad to show it all over the bhubaneswar area and take responsibility to sell your product within 7 days at best heigher price and also we customize your ad more aqurately, and list it on quikr again as ours ad, so that it will be sell quickly. Upon listening this, he called me through [protected] and i agree to pay. As i have already paid rs 426 to make my ad premium, he told me that you have to only pay rest amount which is rs 1280. He sent me payment link to my quikr registered email id and i paid the said amount. After that he told me that, he call me back after checking the payment but after he did not called me or neither done anything to my ad. I called many times yo quikr regarding this but they did not listen anything and denied me to help in this matter. My payment of rs 1280 has been went vanish as i did not get any service. I have all the proof of my payment to quikr. I want refund now. I don't want your service. I want my refund of rs 1280 as i did not get any service from you. My contact no is [protected].

NO response from Qiukr or the seller regarding delivery even after 48 hours of payment.

Want to cancel the order and need complete refund.
Tumhari company subse gatya hai, ad post karne ke 3 months ke baad bhi koi ad upar wale column ke me nai lata, This portal is baseless. I am very annoyed by your bloody hell No service. I will never ever post any ad and will never recommend anyone for this garbage portal that is QUIKR. Haaaaathuuuuu.
