R Shield Insurance — My money back complaint

Hi sir iam bhuvaneswari raji and I use rbl bank platinum super credit card.i not buy any insurance on my credit card but R SHIELD INSURANCE is activated on my card and the premium of RS 21720 Rupees this insurance is deducted my card with out my consent I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the INSURANCE and refund my amount iam very thankful to you
