My name is tasmiya sultana of bangalore. as per the adv in times of india news paper, contact person neha gupta and shivani gupta
Mobile installiation for 4g the monthly rent of rs. 95, 000/- along with an advance of rs.80, 00, 000/- classified dated on[protected] along with mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. then i have paid on date[protected] to rs.8200/- as registration charge to radico infrastructure limited company manager

Then we have received the document copy as the agreement with the owner of building structure stability certificate from an engineer. department of telephone & mobile govt. of india allows you to install the tower at your permises without any type of process.in the sanction letter of radico infrastructure limited company it has been mentioned that the network tower will be installed by mts tower company.
Then we deposit on[protected] rs.42, 500/- thru neft to above mentioned account as per the norms of the telecom act of 2006, as property tax then we deposit on[protected] rs.31, 500/- thru neft to above mentioned account as stamp and agreement then they send cheque of rs.30, 00, 000/- on[protected], we present the cheque on[protected] the cheque bounced back as reason drawer’s signature differs
On constantly contacting their mobile 91-[protected] (the mobile number given by their office)
Continuously, the number is switched off. i have sent a number of e-mails to them but no reply to my e-mails. i am unable to understand how they have selected my site without having proper documents of the site in their position and also let me know it is true that i have to deposit the tax before getting proper agreement. if so, they can well deduct the amount in the instalment of advance payable and balance advance and stamp and agreement advance can be paid to me.
