Radyance — Product of no use. Fake product. No response from customer service

I had ordered radyance skin brightening serum on 15/07/2016 order #DDFSB2FJ52, it didn't work on my skin. I sent them a mail to take take back the product and refund asap.

There is no response from them since then. It had been already 10 days. On their website it was mentioned that they would revert in 2 days

Will have to take strict action against them, it seems to b fake.

Can anyone please help me get my money back...

This Radyance company is fraud because they are inviting for free trail but while i am going to take this free trail offer its turn on chargeable for Rs. 1700 and no return option also but i don't wont this product so why are we have to pay this amount as per the rule i am customer and company forcefully sale the product by this way this is wrong
