Sub: a brief note of my woes & horrid experience with rahul automobiles and united india insurance company ltd.

I, dipak kumar sinha, bought the above-mentioned car from one of your dealers m/s. Power motors bokaro - jharkhand. My car got accident on date 25.07.2017 then i took my car by towing to your service center on date 28.07.2017 but due to late arrival, my car is not attended and parked in your service center. On the next day i reached rahul automobiles and meet with mr. Ajit jha phone no:-[protected] your service department person he take all the details and provided the estimate copy job no:-000160 dated:l[protected] and said that we don’t have any tie up with united india insurance so you have to provide them all details. I said ok then my insurance agent to mr. Dhanjay choubey first said that you hand over all document to me then i submit all my details to mr. Dhanjay choubey, agent code:- agd0126902, phone no:-[protected] with policy no:-[protected]p[protected] handed over all estimate and required necessary. Earlier i already informed him about the accident on phone. After follow up my insurance agent said that survey will be done by ranchi branch so i will forward all document to them after that any how surveyor came and do the initial inspection and intimate the service department of rahul automobile to start the job after almost one month with many follow up, i received my vehicle but not in original condition washing is not proper, indication light is out from position, interior are dirty, headlight not working, front shock up problem, door abnormal sound. They said that all things are done. Chevrolet charged me rs.83, 942.00, job no-002446, dated :-26.08.2017 (Documents attached for your reference) for including accidental repair and i paid all dues with in that time at the time of hand over no service person just came to handover the vehicle i took my self car out of the service section and currently facing lots of problem in car.
I take the invoice and submit to the united india office at ranchi as my insurance agent is confused about document follow at the time of receiving the document mr. Ganpati from ranchi branch said all documents are ok, we will collect the surveyor report within two days and forward it to chandarpura branch united india insurance for payment he take almost one month for doing this. One day i called mr. Ganapati he said money receipt is not provided by rahul automobiles then again i do the follow up with mr. Ajeet he said sorry we forget then i collect the original and send to united india insurance after that few days back i call mr. Dhanjay for payment he said paper not received from ranchi, and we missed your original document which i handed over personally to him kindly forward the soft copy again i forwarded the same (I have mail conversation for it) any ways paper received from ranchi. Once again one issue created by insurance agent that in invoice united india gst code is not available so we will pay you amount after diduction of gst amount i call ajeet he said we will not change the bill now insurance party is saying that provide me a mail that i will take amont after per deduction of gst amount. Can anyone say where is my role in all i provided all help and both the company know the proper way of documentation but how come this type of thing happen.
Now the matter is complicated why i will suffer for this as a mistake o[censored]nited india insurance company and rahul automobiles service center. First, i had to wait endlessly for payment. We were very upset when we were informed by the both agency such a word. The callous and indifferent attitude of the regent staff further gave us a rude shock when they told us that it would take a months’ time to fix the issue, when we asked them to make appropriate arrangements for payment they had no satisfactory reply. And they just don’t have any fear from our judicial action however, i stayed in ranchi for three days on our own expense, reach chandarpura for document handover in own expense just this purpose incurring losses of job, time and peace of mind accompanied by the problems of the family and the little kid.
On making enquiries from both agency, i could not extract any satisfactory reply. I returned home heartbroken and sad and then sat writing to you.
I have suffered a loss of about rs. Rs.83, 942.00/ (Details of which can be produced) i am living in constant tension. My wife and i feel cheated by the rahul automobiles and united india insurance company breach of trust.in fact, we have decided not to take any further chances with our lives by keeping an unreliable agency. As a matter of fact, i take amount from my friend for paying of car accident amount, all festival is coming, and i am not getting my money back.
Therefore you both agency are hereby requested to resolve the claim amount the entire amount along with due interest. Please also make sure to reimburse my entire losses suffered until date due this car as mentioned above.
Still i am struggling for my reimbursement amount and no one is ready to listen my problem seriously. I requested to you that please do the needful on the same.
Request take necessary action and refund my hard-earned money.
I shall wait until oct 24, 2017 to hear favorably from both the party after which i will be compelled to seek relief and help to get justice from all quarters including consumer court/forums etc.
