Rahul Gupta — Complaint for drainage

Sir i want to complaint for blocked drain in back side of home. We clean our self this blockage. Both side there is blockage and waste water stays one place and get bad smells. We suffers from dengue also last time month. I call on this num 3 or 4 times [protected] on 6/12/2015 bt they dont take any action and today they give me this num [protected] which is out of service.
