Railyatri — I am getting request pending in my booking section

I have booked the ticket from jasidih to Jajpur keojhar road, order I'd is 9669887 but now I am getting request pending in my booking section in railyatri aap .But the fare of the ticket is deducted from my account..please do the needful. I need cancelation and refund me the full amount
