On last 4th of this month, we (4 of our family) booked online Tickets at Rain Cinema, existed at Rain Square Mall, Trunk Road, Beside KIMS Hospital (Bollineni Hospital), Nellore-524003.
On the issued, the Total Amount is Rs.250. Base rate is 180.98 +CGST (@9%) Rs.34.51 +SGST(@9%) Rs.34.51=Total Rs.250.00. As per Printed percentage, on the Ticket of 9% for both CGST & SGST, the GST amount will be Rs.16.2882 (CGST) + 16.2882 (SGST) = Rs.32.5764 (Total Taxable Amt). But the Management of the Multiplex cheating the customer showing as Rs.32.5764 (9%) Tax but where as they are collecting Rs.69.02, the difference of Rs.36.4436 higher amount collecting differently from system reflecting/ recorded against on the Ticket print.
This is for single (1) person's additional charge they are collecting. So as per Total Seats + 4 show per day + 30 days per month, they are intentionally cheating the people in lakhs of rupees per month apart from higher rates in food, snacks & parking rates. This is for single Screen only and there are total 4 Screens.
Hence requesting you kindly to provide me compensation from the Management of the Theatre as we, loss money due to the wrong practice doing by them.
