This is with regards to Rainbow children hospital Vijayawada, its ridiculous to say they don't have patient's records since they don't have any software to do so, they are unable to pull records before 2013...and the response you get from them is awesome..
Why the hell open many branches when you can't maintain the basic patients details however guys very disappointed with the incident and they are blaming parents for not maintaining the file.
