Dear Sir / Mam,
We appointed a full-time maid from Raj Nursing Bureau by its director - Anish Kumar. He came to drop the maid off and within 1 week asked to pay the commission. We paid Rs. 15000 to him the same day (I have account transfer details). He also mentioned that we can pay the monthly salary directly to the maid. The maid was very clever and asked for money before her month's tenure and asked us to pay as her parents were old and had a lot of problems in the village. I paid half of the amount (transfer details are there with me) and the rest half of the amount she asked us to give to her daughter. As soon as she got the amount she fled the next day without informing us. I called her husband and he confirmed that she has left with her husband and will go to the agent and will come back but she never did (I have the call recording). I called the agent at least 20 times but he didn't pick up the call. After that, he called me back and I told him the incident. he lied to me that the maid has not reached him while her husband confirmed to me that she has gone to the agent's place. After that agent (Anish) doesn't pick up my phone or sometimes does and tells me that he will call me back. He promised me on 22nd August that he will refund the amount after deducting a month's commission but he has not done that till now and he is not taking any of my calls. its already been approx 25 days since she left and he hasn't refunded the commission. I am having all the call recordings, their photographs, adhar details which I will be sharing here.
Now that I am tired of following up with him, I would like to request you to file an FIR against the agent and the maid. Also, if we could share their photographs with people so that no one else falls prey to them and appoint such maids from agents. I have all the recordings of maid also where she mentioned that she needs money as agent is not paying her but clearly she was making fool o[censored]s. Now the maid is staying at Agent's place only as confirmed by one of his acquaintances. We are also skeptical about her doing robbery at our home before leaving. Maid's husband also called me 15-20 days before she left where he was talking rudely and told me that he will come and take her if agent doesn't pay them (i have recording of this call as well). I clearly told him to sort that out with agent and not to come to my place.
Please lodge a fraud complaint against the maid and agent.
