keep used product and give discount on the same. i will escalate this to a
very high level. I want a quick response on this mail with what are you
doing about the same. i have called you people several times but still i
did not got any response from you guys. your engineer was suppose to visit
but he also didn't turned up. you guys have to compensate for the same.
