Raj Vivegam — IFB washing machine

We are from Coimbatore. We paid AMC in IFB washing machine to raj vivegam on 08.04.22 . but they punched in the system on 28.4.22. our washing machine was suddenly not working. I booked a complaint for my IFB washing machine on 31.05.22 and the Ticket number is[protected]. 15 days have passed but so far no response from their side. Again I have booked the complaint on 10.06.22 . one technician (udaya agencies) visited on 11.06.22. it was informed has a board problem and the amount can be claimed from the AMC dealer - Raj vivegam. And also to proceed further there is a approval required from Raj vivegam and hence we reached out to them regarding this . But haven’t got any response from them. This service from your side is not satisfactory. Sir please take the necessary steps and resolve the problems.
