[Resolved]  Rajasthan Electricity Board — not changing the name of connection

i have applied for changing name of electricity Bill or connection of myself, on dated 28/03/2013 having receipt No.081.All formalities related to changing the name was also completed, but even passing of around 08 months the name of connection has not been changed. I have met many times to ARO & AEn Weir buy no result was happened, Instead of this, The ARO has sent my files to EX.En office BAYANA deliberately.This shows that the Officials is harassing mentally for last 08 moths.The behaviour of ARO was also awful even He doesnot know how to talk to consumer.A few Necessities was also linked with this connection's name change & My work suffered.
