Rajasthan Public Service Commission [Rpsc] — To get money refund

I filled OTR form of RAS . The amount of OTR is deducted from my account two times rupees (610+610) on 30 July 2023 this amount has been debited from my account successfully but till now I don't get any refund .please refund my money
